Terms of Service
By purchasing/installing any Sherbet Blossom Designs products/services,
you are agreeing to the following terms:

1) You are given authorization to use the designs created by Sherbet Blossom Designs, but may not claim the design as your own. You agree to have a small credit/button to Sherbet Blossom Designs placed on each of your website/blog pages.
2) You are not allowed to:
- redistribute or resell the design.
- copy and paste the design to other URLs (including, but not limited to, twitter, myspace and etsy.)
- create your own graphics such as buttons, headers, blinkies, stationary, etc. from design elements provided by Sherbet Blossom Designs without the express written consent of Sherbet Blossom Designs.
3) You are responsible to have backup copies of your own data and design images. Sherbet Blossom Designs is not responsible for any changes you make that affect the look of your design.
4) Sherbet Blossom Designs is not obligated to grant a refund if you cancel the design project.
5) You agree to reset your blog/website template and remove all images, text, content, design elements and code provided by Sherbet Blossom Designs before making any alterations to your blog's design.
6) You will be added to Sherbet Blossom Designs’ waiting list once payment is received. Sherbet Blossom Designs will provide you with a completion date, but reserves the right to extend the completion date per requests and/or size and complexity of the project. Completion extensions do not warrant a refund.
7) Sherbet Blossom Designs will work with you until you are satisfied. You agree to include proof changes into as few emails as possible to ensure completion in a timely manner.
8) You guarantee that all items given to Sherbet Blossom Designs for use in the design project are owned by yourself and are not copyrighted material.
9) Sherbet Blossom Designs must be paid in full before delivery of final product. At the present time, all payments are accepted via PayPal only.
10) You are responsible to locate any errors in your design within 7 days of design completion. Sherbet Blossom Designs agrees to correct errors in the form of typos, links and viewing issues. After 7 days from the completion date, all corrections may be made by Sherbet Blossom Designs at the current hourly rate.
11) Sherbet Blossom Designs reserves the right to terminate service if you fail to abide by these terms of service and payment for such will not be refunded.
These Terms of Service also apply to all designs created under our previous name, Craner Design Studio.
