By purchasing/installing any Sherbet Blossom Designs products/services,
you are agreeing to the following terms:

1. The client is given authorization to use the designs created by Sherbet Blossom Designs, but may not claim the design as their own. All credits, including but not limited to those in the form of a text link or a button, must remain intact, linking back to sherbetblossomdesigns.com.
2. The client is not allowed to:
- redistribute or resell the design.
- copy and paste the design to other URLs (including, but not limited to, twitter, myspace and etsy.)
- create their own graphics such as buttons, headers, blinkies, stationary, etc. from design elements provided by Sherbet Blossom Designs without the express written consent of Sherbet Blossom Designs.
3. The client is responsible to have backup copies of their own data and design images. Sherbet Blossom Designs is not responsible for any changes they make that affect the look of their design.
4. Sherbet Blossom Designs is not obligated to grant a refund, whether in whole or in part, if the client cancels the design project.
5. The client agrees to reset their blog/website template and remove all images, text, content, design elements and code provided by Sherbet Blossom Designs before making any alterations to their blog design.
6. The client will be added to Sherbet Blossom Designs’ waiting list once payment is received. Sherbet Blossom Designs will provide the client with a completion date, but reserves the right to extend the completion date per requests and/or size and complexity of the project. Completion extensions do not warrant a refund.
7. Sherbet Blossom Designs must be paid in full before delivery of final product. At the present time, all payments are accepted via PayPal only.
8. The client is responsible to locate any errors in their design within 7 days of design completion. Sherbet Blossom Designs agrees to correct errors in the form of typos, links and viewing issues. After 7 days from the completion date, all corrections may be made by Sherbet Blossom Designs at the current hourly rate.
Sherbet Blossom Designs reserves the right to terminate service if the client fails to abide by these terms of service and payment for such will not be refunded.
